Welcome to the LAPOR FM DDP ecosystem. These terms outline the rules and regulations for the use of our internal Facility Management platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LAPOR FM DDP platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease all use of the platform and its services. Your continued use constitutes ongoing acceptance of all platform rules and internal policies.

2. Eligibility & Account

LAPOR FM DDP is strictly restricted to authorized DDP personnel only. During registration, users must provide accurate and current identity data:

3. Service Usage

Room Booking

Users must adhere to fair usage limits and provide 24-hour notice for cancellations.

Facility Reporting

Reports must be honest and include photographic evidence of damaged assets where applicable.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from: • Bypassing security measures or data scraping. • Creating false facility reports to manipulate priorities. • Sharing credentials with unauthorized external parties.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Facility Management (FM) team endeavors to handle all reports promptly. However, system uptime and immediate resolution of facility issues are not 100% guaranteed. Services are provided "as available" within the operational capacity of the DDP unit.

6. Termination of Access

The FM team reserves the exclusive right to suspend or terminate user access at its sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, internal DDP regulations, or is harmful to other users or the platform's integrity.

7. Governing Law

These terms and your use of the LAPOR FM DDP platform are governed by and construed in accordance with DDP Internal Regulations and the local laws applicable to the platform's jurisdiction.
